Waltham Services, Inc. / Flower City Pest Elimination is looking for dynamic and qualified individuals to make a major contribution to the continued success of the area's leader in the Pest Control Industry. Our innovative solutions have protected the region?s homes and businesses since 1893. As one of the largest independent pest control operators in the northeast, we deliver service from ten locations throughout New England and upstate New York.

In this position, you will conduct outbound sales prospecting by phone to deliver qualified leads to commercial sales consultants. Your mission is to develop leads and lead sources and create interest and awareness in Waltham?s full line of pest control services. This position will require that you spend about 70%-80% of your day on the telephone. The ideal candidate should have experience in telemarketing or inside sales. You must be a quick learner with great people skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills. Most importantly, you must be resilient, someone who won't take 'no' for an answer.

Essential Functions:

Demonstrate effective telephone skills to ?sell? appointments for Waltham Sales Consultants
Skilled at reaching decision makers and sourcing new business leads
Deliver benefit statements, handle objections, and document each call
Demonstrate persistence and achieve appointment-setting goals

The best candidate will deliver:

Two years of inside sales/lead generation experience
Effective verbal and written skills
Internet skills and experience with Word, Excel and Act
