A Specialist I (Customer Service Specialist I) acts as a primary point of contact for all contact-center related delivery methods (including telephone, online servicing support, email, home banking, and video kiosk). Perform problem resolution and services accounts for transactions and maintenance. Also accepts and resolves escalated calls hand direct calls accordingly.

Regular attendance and schedule adherence is an essential function of the position. Key performance criteria include quality, accuracy, reliability and productivity.

Employees are required to wear a headset while handling phone calls during their entire shift.



High School diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience or equivalent combination of experience or education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this position
Strong oral communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to use standard software (i.e. windows, internet, word/excel) and hardware (i.e. keyboard-25 wpm, mouse).
