Telephone Banker I - Part-time - 4:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m., Fixed Weekend day off

What does a TELEPHONE BANKER do? 


You’ll serve as the telephone liaison of Chase Retail Banking; responsible for responding to customer inquiries relating to deposits, financial transactions, problem resolution, and evaluating customers' financial needs for sales opportunities.  Our bankers provide prompt and accurate customer service by utilizing all available resources including bank computer software applications in a windows environment.  Our TELEPHONE BANKERS thrive on being able to work in a fast paced, evolving, high volume, and structured environment. 


 


Class Starting:  September 11, 2006  (Must be able to train full time M-F 10AM to 6:30PM)


Work Schedule:   Any 5 of the 7 days of the week, after training is completed.  Days off subject to change.  Hours will range from starting at 11AM-12PM therefore ending at 8PM-9PM.
