What does a TELEPHONE BANKER do? 

You’ll serve as the telephone liaison of Chase Retail Banking; responsible for responding to customer inquiries relating to deposits, financial transactions, problem resolution, and evaluating customers' financial needs for sales opportunities.  Our bankers provide prompt and accurate customer service by utilizing all available resources including bank computer software applications in a windows environment.  Our TELEPHONE BANKERS thrive on being able to work in a fast paced, evolving, high volume, and structured environment. 

 

Class Starting:September 11th (Must be able to train full time M-F 9AM to 6PM)

 

Work Schedule:6 Day Flux-4 Weekdays & 1 Weekend day

Working weekdays will change; working weekend day will remain consistant 

  Schdule will be either 3PM-8PM or 4PM-9PM

  Total of 25 hours/week
