Bally Total Fitness has been enhancing lives through fitness for over 40 years. We are currently seeking full-time telephone collectors for our Norwalk National Service Center.

Job Description

Financial Service Representatives will contact members regarding past due accounts, answer any questions about their memberships and attempt to collect on the past due balance, while upholding the highest level of customer service.

Financial Service Reps are paid an hourly rate in addition to a monthly bonus based on performance, with an average earning potential of $23-35K in the first year!

Contact members regarding past due accounts.

Answer questions regarding memberships.

Uphold highest level of customer service.



Job Qualifications


Excellent communication and customer service attitude a must.

Sales or retail and customer service experience preferred.

Must be proficient with keyboard and 10-key.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Must be flexible with schedule.
Call center hours are M-F 5am-9pm; Sat. 5am-2:30pm; Sun. 5am-1:30pm. Weekend hours are required.
