Telephone Customer Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a Telephone Customer Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer calls.  This individual will represent the Company to customers and prospects by soliciting orders for merchandise and handling customer inquiries/complaints via phone and/or email.

 

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years customer service/inside sales or telemarketing experience.  Must be customer-driven with excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and selling skills.  Must also be able to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.  Fluency in Spanish a plus.
