Telephone Service Representative

Answer and address routine incoming calls from homeowners, third parties (title companies, lawyers, and banking institutions). Process collection arrangements for low level delinquency. Complete tasks by supporting departments that are not in the scope of their responsibilities. Maintain a complete and accurate record on all inquires and complaints in accordance with company guidelines. Work with other departments to assist in resolutions. Perform other duties as assigned with the understanding of the technical functions of the Mortgage Serv AR system, imaging, desk top faxing and C2.

Job Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Three to five years of previous call center experience

Mortgage background a plus

Ability to handle 12 calls per hour

Flexible schedules

Good oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated aptitude to work in a high volume department, and good mathematical skills

Strong customer service skills

Courteous and professional manner
