We are currently recruiting for temporary CTS Representatives for our Greenspoint location. This position will last for approximately 6 months.

With more than $55 billion in total assets, AIG VALIC is an industry
leader and currently manages long-term investment programs for more than 28,000 education, healthcare, public sector and other not-for-profit and for-profit organizations in more than 41,000 locations -- representing nearly 2 million investors -- throughout the country. Our North Houston Client Care Center located in the Greenspoint area in Houston, TX, and become an expert processor. In this position, you will use your excellent analytical skills and customer service knowledge to fulfill our client requests.

What you will be doing:
Our Client Transaction Specialists are the backbone of the Client Transaction Services Department. Working in a team environment, you will become an expert processor of loans, disbursements, account setups and more. Your high energy, attention to detail, and teamwork are key factors to success, as you become a specialist in processing client account activities. These behind-the-scenes processing positions service clients with financial transactions related to loans and distributions include, processing and approving financial requests, reviewing and reconciling transactions, correcting and adjusting financial accounts. All processing is completed using multiple automated systems that allow you to work at a fast pace reviewing these items. A comprehensive training class will ensure your understanding of retirement services processes.

What we require:
Ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years prior financial services experience and a college degree (four years related work experience and high school diploma may be substituted for the degree requirement). Excellent oral and written communication skills required along with demonstrated proficiency in Word and Excel. Teamwork and flexibility are essential.
