The Client Relations Representative

A client located in White Plains, New York has an immediate position available for a Customer Service Representative.

Summary: The Client Relations Rep acts as a point of contact, for an assigned group of clients, handling all of the service aspects of a client' s account. This position maintains all of the day-to-day interaction with customers via telephone, fax and/or email.
The Client Relations Rep processes all transactional functions. To achieve high customer satisfaction, the Client Relations Rep must maintain department standards in terms of quality, processing and timeliness.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Customer contact via telephone and if required, comprising follows up letters and/or emails.
Handle all incoming calls, emails, faxes, direct mail in reference to reconciliation of accounts and handling customer concerns.
Escalate issues to management where appropriate.
Process all new ILR fundings via the mail list process, for both paper and web based ILRs. ILRs must be processed in a manner, which insures all information is input correctly into ELMR system, ILRs are processed timely within standard, and with the appropriate controls.
Prepare funding requests in accordance with policy.
Process all terminations, transfers and adjustments as required and according to approval limits, for the client base.
Prepare and send monthly/quarterly bills to customers
*Follow up customers for non-payment
*Escalate to credit all AR > 45 days
*Reconcile and research and billing inquires from the client base
Assist with RCSA (compliance and control) testing on as required basis
Provide training to new employees (as needed).
Act as the back up when team members are out of the office, and during periods of high volume.
Provide help to other department as well as other legal entities within CBL operations
The person in this position must be customer focus and possess the ability to multi-task in order to meet deadlines consistently, for all transactions required. Previous experience with high profile customers an asset.
Excellent communication skills and a team approach are prerequiste.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of attention to detail and great customer service. This position is temporary to permanent.
