Thermal and Elemental Customer Support

Responsibilities

 

Deliver high-quality technical support to customers.  Provide technical support to customers through phone or email based channels. Augment existing user?s guides, manuals, and help systems through direct interaction supporting customersProvide troubleshooting, theory and operational information to customers in an effort to address technical support requestsBuild Inside Service knowledgebase with innovation and by improving existing processesDocument support contacts and complaints in conjunction with PKI Quality systemStay current with new and existing technologies through continuous training efforts

 

Increase Productivity.  Identify key opportunities to drive improved customer response and support through training aides, web-based tools and troubleshooting trees.

 Requirements

 Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent work experience  Strong technical skills (especially with instrumentation, electronics and software)Strong PC related skills (especially MS-Office, MS operating systems)Minimum of 2 years experience in support, service, or analytical laboratory environment Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills required Highly motivated with strong organizational skills. Self-starter/learnerKnowledge of instrumentation?s scientific applications is preferred Prior in house technical support/ field service/training experience is a plusPrevious training or customer service experience also appreciated
