Third Party Collectors

NCO Group, Inc. is a leading provider of business process outsourcing services including accounts receivable management, customer relationship management and other services.  NCO provides services through approximately 90 offices in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, India, the Philippines, the Caribbean and Panama.  Our Richmond, VA location is currently searching for third party collectors.

 

 

 A minimum of 6 months experience is preferred.  Those with previous call center experience will be considered if they have had experience talking with consumers on the phone.

 

 

Must be available to work Tuesday evenings (schedule 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.) and two scheduled Saturdays a month (8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.).  Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
