Title Resolution Associate - (MZ20455)

Fiserv Lending Solutions (FLS) provides a wide variety of loan services to financial institutions and other lenders, such as title searches, title insurance, mortgage recordings, appraisals, automated property valuations, flood certifications, credit reports, mortgage processing and loan closings. In other words, FLS is positioned to be a lender's "one-stop shop" for any and all required loan services.

We are currently seeking a Title Resolution Associate to be responsible for performing comparative analysis on title searches and the borrowers' mortgage application.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
? Resolve issues between title and mortgage
? Internet research
? Order related documents
? Follow up with customers and borrowers by telephone and through written correspondence
? Perform other related duties as assigned or directed

REPORTS TO:
Carole Churchill, Quick Close Resolution Manager

SCHEDULE:
Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:00pm. Additional hours may be required.

SALARY:
$12.00 - $18.00/hour

EDUCATION:
High School diploma or GED equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years of customer service experience. Basic knowledge of computers and internet research.

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
? Ability to take direction and complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
? Knowledge of office skills and etiquette.
