Travel Counselor

Kelly Services is currently recruiting for customer service representatives with a background in booking travel arrangements. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to proficiency in Apollo, Sabre, and Worldspan. Must be able to book International and Domestic reservations, as well as air, car and hotel on Apollo or Sabre CRS systems. Some agents must have experience working on-site locations, as well as Business Travel Centers/Multi Account desks. Must be able to handle fast paced, hi pressure situations, with great customer service. All agents must be trained in either Sabre or Apollo, They must know how to book domestic or international or both. Knowledge of Booking Car/Hotel/Limo Knowledge of Airline contracts. Know how to look for the lowest airfare either thru the GDS or Internet.
