UCC/Title Insurance Specialist

Job Functions: · Manage daily portfolio of titled vehicles and perfected UCC?s to ensure lien is secure for financed equipment.
? Manage daily expiring insurance policy?s for High Risk portfolio.
? Assist servicing team in resolving documentation/perfection related issues.
? Maintain various logs used in tracking and prompt follow-up of deficiencies.
? Comply with all polices, procedures, and jurisdictional requirements.
? Promptly notify Portfolio of deficiencies for further action.
? Maintain departmental reports timely and accurately.

? High school diploma
? Equivalent work experience, including 1 - 2 years in Documentation/Titling, Article 9 UCC Guidelines.
