Metro One Telecommunications is looking for both full and part time employees to provide directory assistance to our customers.  Ideal candidates would have excellent spelling and typing skills with some previous experience in providing customer service and are available to work between the hours of 5:00am and 9:00pm.

 

We provide paid training at the rate of $7.50 per hour.  Once training is complete, the hourly rate varies based on your level of speed, accuracy and customer service.  The average new employee with good typing and spelling skills can make $10.00 per hour during their first month of employment and more as their skills improve.  There is no cap to the amount you can make per hour.

 

Full time employees become eligible for medical, dental and life insurance after 90 days of employment.  We offer paid vacation after one year of employment.
