We are seeking a Unit Supervisor to coordinate and supervise all levels of production for the Collection Recovery Specialists, advise and assist in the interpretation of policies, assist staff to reach performance goals, to resolve escalated account issues and handle daily management of 8-12 collectors.
Successful candidates will have a minimum of (2+) years of call center supervisory experience, preferably in a collections environment and a Bachelor?s degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with individuals at all levels and proficiency with MS Office products are required. Ability to work evenings and weekends a must.
