Assists manager with daily activities involving User Applications. Provides direction and guidance to less experienced team members. Serves as an expert for the team. Handles escalated and unresolved issues for less experienced Associates. Provides quality control services such as file review and audits. May provide input into hiring decisions and performance appraisals. May assist in scheduling and coordinating team activities. Develops, recommends and implements training. Performs other related duties as required.

Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, three years experience in User Applications, verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills, project management skills, PC proficiency, or any combination of education/experience that would provide an equivalent background. Proficient in Access required.
