Cash America International is a rapidly expanding company.  We are currently looking for Payday Advance Sales/Customer Service Associate to join our team. We have a full time employment opportunity available in our Payday Advance Division in Valencia/Canyon Country, California

 

If you have the following experience we are interested in talking to you!!

 

Supervisors RequirementMinimum of 1-2 years current experience in a Banking, Sales or Customer Service industry Cash - handling experience, preferably in a retail environment. Work well with a diverse industry Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced professional environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 

 Principal Accountabilities Maintain customer files and records. Balance cash drawer daily at opening and closing. Explain the payday loan process to prospective customers. Assist customers in completing Payday loan forms and applications Verify application information by telephone with bank, employer, and verification service. Data Entry. .

 

Able to speak fluent Spanish a plus but not required.
