Vacation Guides RCI's, Indianapolis call center is currently seeking candidates available for full-time Inbound Vacation Guide opportunities for September 5th. Your work schedule will include 4 evenings through the week from 2:30pm - 11:00pm. You will also be required to work one weekend day from 9:30am - 6:00pm. You must be available for training for 4 weeks daytime hours M-F and 1 week evening hours M-F. Successful candidates will combine customer service and sales skills to assist our members with planning resort vacations.
High School Diploma or GED required.
6 months of direct sales experience is required.
6 months of customer service experience.
Basic computer skills required.
This job encompasses both the entry and operating levels of skill and responsibility focused on competently selling a full range of products and services to members and customers.
Must feel comfortable sitting in a call center environment working on the phones and a computer for 7 hours out of 8 hours of the day.
