Vacation Planning Counselors

Responsible for fulfilling unique contractual agreements and programs. Achieve sales targets, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Receive inbound calls from owners/members to promote and support vacation related products and process maintenance fee payments. Must be able to quickly learn product and programs to fulfill these agreements. Proficiency on various reservation/computer systems is required.

 

Must be able to represent Fairfield or resort affiliate customer in a highly professional manner. Utilizes solid judgment, product knowledge, technical knowledge, problem solving and customer skills to ensure service/fulfillment of contractual requirements are achieved and maintained. Must display excellent communication, excellent active listening skills and knowledge.


Minimum Qualifications Required -
o High School Diploma or Equivalent
o Must have excellent customer skills
o Must have call center experience
o Must have 1-year Customer Service Experience
o Must have 1-year Sales experience
o Able to work flexible shifts
o Computer Oriented
