Position Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to supervise our Vehicle Solutions Department, to help Dialogue Marketing continue to be a leader in the telecommunications industry. The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 2 years customer service and/or sales experience, preferably in a call center environment and automotive experience. Leadership skills necessary to ensure maximum employee performance;superior program and company knowledge; effective coaching and motivational skills;fair and timely employee reviews;ability to take ownership of and responsibility for assigned programs; ability to work closely with Account Manager and provide required reports, data, etc.
The Vehicle Specialists teams will help process customer information that has been received via the internet regarding their vehicle of choice. We make first contact with the customer to verify their information and their preferences. We assist, consult and nurture the customer in his or her car purchase process and, in the course, offer suggestive services regarding a predetermined vehicle.

Qualifications for Employment
Experience / Education / Skill Requirements: Complete professionalism and dependability
o Call Center Background or Sales
? Minimum 2 year of sales, customer service, or outbound telemarketing in a call center setting, or
? 1 year experience selling automobiles, insurance or financial services
o Minimum Education
? H.S. Diploma or equivalent
? 2 yrs or more college coursework completed
o Communication Skills
? Effective oral and written communication skills
? Sales Skills
? Customer service
o Computer Literate
