Job Responsibilities:

The general purpose of the Verification Agent is to obtain accurate information belonging to the credit card being used on the order.  Calling Credit Card issuer banks and using other forms of valid methods of address verification.

 

Qualifications:1 Year Customer Service experience, Call Center experience a plus High School Graduate Must be experienced using Internet and searches Must be able to operate a Computer with knowledge of Microsoft Products Must have good communication skills (both verbal and written)
