The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills and customer service skills.

 

Responsibilities of the Verifications Specialist include:Places outgoing calls and receives incoming calls regarding employment and education verifications.Enters results into a specialized software program.Uses appropriate tools to conduct additional research if necessary and provides proper documentation for verifications when requested.

 

Qualifications

The qualified individual must be a team player, organized, multi-task oriented, and have a high attention to detail.  Minimal qualifications include:High School Diploma or Equivalent.Professional written and oral communication skills a must.Experience with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.At least 1 year experience in a call center environment.Minimal typing speed of 40-45 WPM.Bilingual skills a strong plus.

 

Hours

8 a.m.-5 p.m.*

*Exact schedule may vary depending on desired lunch break.
