Service Representatives to be a part of our team at their location in Lake Mary.

This Position is Responsible For:

 

? Handling customer questions, issues and billing inquiries with the highest degree of courtesy & professionalism.

? Handling business transactions and offering alternative solutions with the objective of retaining customers? business

? Utilizing a variety of systems and web-based tools to research & resolve customer issues

? Working well with co-workers to meet customer?s needs

 

Minimum Qualifications include:

 

? You must possess strong communication skills, and customer service skills

? You must be able to work well with others

? You must have at least 2 year(s) of experience working in a Call Center

? You must be able to multi-task and take the initiative

? You must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Your starting hourly rate will be $9.00 per hour.

1st and 2nd PART-TIME ONLY shifts available.  This is a SUMMER ONLY position?starting ASAP and ending approximately at the end of August.
