About the Opportunity:

Help Quick Loan Funding be a leader in the Financial Services industry by serving as a Receptionist during the day. Receptionists will provide excellent customer service and ensure that all clients are properly directed.



Job Description:

?Answers telephone calls and routes calls promptly

?Ensure that all clients and customers are greeted professionally and directed properly and promptly

?Ensure that ?up-call? list is complete for each client directed to the sales team

?Maintain and promote company image

?Assemble mortgage loan application templates

?Prompt and responsible forwarding of messages



Requirements:

?High School diploma or G.E.D.

?Excellent communication and customer service abilities

?Must exhibit excellent professional skills
