Responsible for providing excellent customer service to SuperPages.com advertisers and Sales.
Accountability/ownership for managing the customer relationship through fulfillment and ongoing customer support.
Designs and develops Website and Internet advertising products.
Handles inbound customer/sales calls, make outbound contacts, and Acts as Voice of the customer pertaining to wants and needs

 

Principal Accountabilities

 
Build and maintain effective and engaging websites for SuperPages.com advertisers by utilizing VIS website tools and industry standard software Encourages Sales to utilize iCare process Coverage of 800- (Incoming Calls) via automated system.
Coordinates with team to ensure proper coverage of phones
Acts as primary contact for Website Customers (Advertisers)
Collect and manage customers content for website creation
Utilize outbound contact methods to gather and discuss customer content for Website/E-store development
Make revisions/changes to customers websites as requested
Makes outbound calls to customers upon completion of order fulfillment, reviews product with customer and performs additional duties as requested
Handle various fulfillment reports as needed
Remain abreast of developing HTML standards, new Web resources, tools and techniques.

 

Education Associates Degree from an accredited college/university with graphic art emphasis or equivalent work experience. Required skills: Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash. Preferred skills (but not required): PHP, My SQL.
