Job Responsibilities:


Responsible for providing customer service and sales support. Position responsibilities will include order entry and maintenance, reviewing of EDI reports for rejected orders and working with instocking information to determine when orders will ship. Also responsible for all allocation/ticketing of goods to the warehouse as well as following up with them to ensure timely shipping. Additional responsibilities will include keeping account executives updated on order status, and being aware of customers shipping requirements to insure compliance.

Job Requirements:



Bachelors degree preferred
Previous customer service experience a plus
PC Skills helpful; Data entry and/or typing required
Must be able to work independently
Must be able to prioritize workload
Excellent communication and organizational skills required
