Wireless Customer Care Rep.

Description: SUMMARY OF POSITION: Under close supervision, serves as a customer care representative specializing in account services. Responds to routine customer inquiries regarding account balances, service additions, billings/payments, or other account services.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
?Responds on the telephone and in writing to routine account services inquiries for multiple systems and multiple products.
?Handles inbound calls, using professional and proactive customer service and call control techniques.
?Communicates with customers in person, by telephone, or by mail.
?Deals with customer questions and concerns regarding products, rates, specials offered, billing, and payment.
?Researches account problems and issues credits or debits when applicable.
?Increases collection efficiency by ensuring customer understanding of the billing and collection process.
?Provides customer with information concerning upgrades and service interruptions, issues credits if necessary, and explains the benefits upon project completions.
?Educates customers by serving as a navigator and consultant to products.

Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
?High school diploma or GED.
?1 year customer service experience, telecommunications or wireless preferred.
?Good command of the English language.
?Spanish speaking skills a plus
?Experience using computer applications.
?Knowledge of Internet applications.
?Strong interpersonal skills.
?Good communication skills.
?Ability to retain important information and instruction.
?Ability to take ownership and initiative to address customer needs.
?Good organization skills.
?Knowledge of basic mathematics.
