Workforce Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
Provide daily focus to Administrative / Reporting Team to ensure accuracy and deadline adherence
MIS Reports: Maintain and distribute reports provided to operations on a regular basis (daily/weekly/monthly or as needed).
Effectively communicate / forge relationships with business leaders to set expectations and confirm business needs
Enter payroll exceptions including mis-punches and out of office tracking such as vacation, holiday time, jury duty, etc.
Process service requests and update all employee listings (to include Seating chart, team list, Training list, WORKFORCE personnel folders, and skilling list)
Monitor weekly overtime usage and make adjustments to ensure limited use of overtime when not absolutely necessary.
This position will support multiple customer service centers.
Maintain professionalism and represent Workforce in an appropriate manner in all interactions with customers, coworkers, management and support groups.
Maintain system administration and documentation for multiple production and production support systems as they relate to Workforce support (i.e., IEX EnsemblePro, AIM, Base 2000,TBS, etc.).
Manage new hire setup including all aspects of agent set up in IEX, CMS and other applicable databases
HR Paperwork: Validate, track and submit all paperwork prepared by operations (i.e., appraisals, terminations, etc.) to HR within designated timeframe.



Job Requirements:
  Proficiency in MS Excel 
Knowledge of Access, IEX TotalView, Smart Stream, and/or Lucent CenterVu a plus
Ability to work productively in a fast paced operations center environment
Ability to easily communicate with associates and all levels of management
Ability to train new team members on job functions 
Ability to provide leadership and focus to existing team member to ensure departmental goals are achieved
  Multi-task oriented and ability to work with little supervision
Ability to work within deadlines and strict timeframes
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent time management and analytical skills necessary
 College Degree or High School diploma with strong related experience
