activations representative

This position works with Hawk Retail sales representatives on a daily basis regarding activating their customers cellular accounts. This position is Monday through Friday 12:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. with one Saturday a month. The activations representative performes the following duties:

-Informs sales representatives of assignedd phone number s and provides information to activate phone - ESN, rate plan, long distance carrier, call features.

-Inputs information into the switch.

-Restores disconnected accounts.

-Does phone number and ESN changes.

-Adds, deletes and modifies cellular features.

-Verifies information in the switch for Customer Care

-Works closely with other departments within the company.

-Does file name changes for customer care and national accounts.
