A Bilingual Customer Support Agent (Technical Support) is responsible for the overall management of all customer support calls for specified product group(s) and client(s). The Bilingual Customer Support Agent will take incoming calls in two or more languages in addition to other duties defined by their position. The number of positions will be dependent upon product group needs.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

A Bilingual Customer Support Agent can be responsible for one or more of the follow:1. Employment of customer service skills.2. Call management of all incoming customer calls in two or more languages.a. Identification of call typeb. Control and management of callsc. Identification and management of calls requiring transfer3. Technical troubleshooting (as required by client relationship).4. Database entry.a. Entry of call detailsb. Accurate identification of calls for analysisc. Order entry5. Management of calls relating to product information and/or order inquiries.6. Adherence to company guidelines and procedures.7. Adherence to client policies and procedures.8. All other tasks as assigned.
