We are a 26 year old tech company specializing in display and display-related products.  We have built a large client base over the years & sell to various industries. We are located in Central NJ (South Brunswick, NJ) and are looking to add to our customer service team to further improve our service to our new and existing client base.

 

We are looking for outgoing, motivated and detail oriented individuals that can establish a good relationship with our clients.  This job consists of the following:

 

1.  Processing incoming repeat orders by recording all the relevant info into our system (MAS90).

 

2. Confirming back to customer's via phone/fax/email that orders have been received and confirming again on the estimated delivery date.

 

3. Answering customers request for delivery information.  Other customer requests involve changing in the system the delivery dates by pulling in or pushing out dates in open orders.

 

4. Working with our purchasing department to expedite orders for your customers.

 

5. Building relationships with our customers so you continue to build your own client base to serve.

 

6.  Resolve delivery issues, processing returns and other basic customer service duties to keep the customer happy.

 

6.  Following up with existing customers to get repeat orders and increase overall sales by using our ACT Contact Database manager which tracks customer communication history and reminding you when to follow up again.

 

7.  Quoting existing customers updated pricing and delivery.

 

8.  Obtaining new opportunities to quote from existing customers so this can be transferred to FEMA Sales.

 

You must have decent skills in MS WORD, MS OUTLOOK Email, Typing, ACT Database & MAS90.  We will train you on the job for our MAS90 program.
