customer service/inside sales

SCI, a regional distributor of industrial filtration and fluid power products has an immediate opening in our customer service/inside sales department for the right qualified individual.

 

Essential responsibilities are:

 

.  Must have superior communications and conflict resolution skills

.  Must manage customer requests/orders via telephone, fax and e-mail.

.  Process customer inquires, orders, requests for material availability, delivery of

material and work with customers on requirements.

.  Place orders on product vendors/suppliers in response to orders received.

.  Review and maintain product inventories and product flow to key customers.

.  Work cooperatively within a team in a close office environment.

.  Must be a self-starter with ability to handle multiple task in a fast pace

environment.

.  Have excellent PC network computer skills, Work, Excel, etc.

.  Have experience with a distribution based computer system similar to Tribute,

Disc or Phrophet 1 or equivalent.
