$2,965 - $3,730 biweekly; $77,090 - $96,980 approx. annually



WORK LOCATION:

Incumbent is expected to work mostly at DTIS site, 875 Stevenson. Incumbent will also be required to occasionally work at other city sites.



DUTIES:

This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to be part of a team that is changing the landscape of government customer service. This initiative is to support the Mayor?s vision of a single phone number (311) for city-wide services and also to provide a comprehensive enterprise platform to help city departments execute their customer service vision. Work closely with City departments to define business requirements for the City-wide CRM implementation. Provide systems consulting and process consulting services to City departments. Capture and analyze current and future business processes and perform gap analysis. Capture and document requirements and processes. Implement and configure requirements into CRM application. Guide users through acceptance process. Develop curriculum, create customized documentation and training aid. Train end users on application.



NATURE OF WORK:

Candidate must be willing to work a 40-hour week as determined by the department. Twenty-four hour on-call support and occasional weekend work is required. May require occasional travel within the City.



EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
Provide consulting services to city departments
Responsible for developing training plans
Meet with city departments to capture requirements
Capture processes, provide best practice and process improvement consulting, perform gap analysis
Document requirements
Provide input to project timeline and planning
Implement requirements into CRM application (configuration and customization)
Test application
Review application functionality and changes with client
Rollout application
Train users



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience with change management
Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience with curriculum development
Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience with delivery of training
Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience with full lifecycle software development
Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience with enterprise software (ideally CRM)
Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience with management consulting



EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
A Bachelor?s degree from a recognized college or university
Masters degree preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Extensive experience interfacing at all levels of an organization
Extensive experience with MS Office
Extensive experience with Pagemaker or other publishing tool
Experience with systems implementation and integration
Experience with business process re-engineering
Experience with project management and project management methodologies
Understanding with application development and technical architecture
Experience communicating to functional and technical audience
Experience in government
Understanding of Java, .Net, XML and SQL
Understanding of application integration and related technologies
Understanding of web and database technologies
Motivated self started and team player
