The California School of Culinary Arts, founded in 1994 and located in Pasadena is the nation's premier culinary arts, hospitality management and patisserie training institute. At CSCA, students have the unique opportunity to work with many of the world's finest Chefs, Hospitality Management Professionals and culinary innovators.

We are seeking ACADEMIC INSTRUCTORS, PT & FT to teach the following courses: Sanitation and Nutrition

Responsibilities:
Teach courses as assigned by Program Director up to the maximum number of contact hours allowed by current accreditation.
Provide assistance for the planning, development and maintenance of program curriculum.
Work with the Program Director to resolve student concerns.
Attend regularly scheduled program meetings, faculty in-service workshops and college-wide faculty meetings.
Attend graduation ceremonies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in subject matter teaching area.
2 - 4 years of work experience.
2-4 years of full-time post secondary education teaching experience in an accredited institution.
Must have completed 30 hours of continuing education per calendar year.
Documented expertise in academic subject area and expertise in interpersonal and oral presentation/written communication skills, as demonstrated by data sheet, diplomas, degrees, transcripts, certifications, CVs/Resumes, and in personal interview.
