Assistant Director responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

 Monitor and Maintain center activity Hire, Supervise and Manage the teaching floor staff Work closely with students, administering evaluations, assisting new students and oversee student educational programs Schedule teachers and students for sessions, as well as appointments for parent conferences and answer phones Report to the Center Director and run center in the absence of the Center Director Promotion of the Center and participation in the community.

 

The ideal candidates must possess the following:

Bachelor?s Degree : Educational experience a plus

Experience and success in education, training, sales or retail service industries with strong leadership, motivation, customer service & communication skills.

Enjoy working with children in a team environment and a commitment to help children succeed academically. Successful candidates must have ? high levels of energy & enthusiasm, outgoing & confident personalities, the ability to motivate others and must be customer service oriented. Professional demeanor, flexible personality with the ability to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Willingness to work day and early evening hours as necessary to accommodate the center?s hours of operation. Must live within commuting distance to Fresno, CA.
