Alluvion Staffing has an immediate need for an Academy Director/Principal for a School in the Southside area. They are looking for someone with at least 5 years of educational experience, experience running a small school or business would be a plus. Experience working with special needs children is a plus as well. Private school experience is strongly preferred.

Job Responsibilities

-Leadership of staff and students in fostering an atmosphere of academic success -Report directly to Regional Director -Manage all day-to-day business and educational aspects of academy -Fiscal responsibility for operations -Short and long-term goal setting for maximum profitability -Responsible for direct marketing and community relations

Bachelors Required/Masters preferred

Salary $50k - $55k
