Job Summary

Participate in the development and/or implementation of learning/technology solutions.  Align the solution with the standard assets and services provided by Accenture Learning.  Determine the solution fit with the business objectives and processes of clients.

Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Primary
?Collaborate with sales team members, consulting team members, technology providers, and client personnel to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction over all client situations.
?Provide clients and sales teams with factual information and analysis on various learning architectures and products.
?Participate in defining the breakthrough value propositions for new client opportunities
?Lead efforts in communicating the value proposition in a compelling fashion to client management
?Develop learning solutions that leverage the standard assets/offerings of Accenture Learning
?Estimate solution costs base on defined estimating approaches and utilizing established pricing tools
?Build financial models using Microsoft Excel
?Develop deal propositions that are commercially attractive to both the client and Accenture.
?Assist with assessing and escalating any client issues.
?Develop knowledge about the client?s business and relevant processes and document information.

 

Relationships: 

Reports to: Solution Development Director, Accenture Learning

Supervises: n/a

External Relationships: Client Leadership, ALSS Leadership

 

 

Qualifications

Education:  Bachelor?s Degree, or university equivalent required
Post-graduate education preferred


Work Experience:
?Minimum of 3-5 years experience in outsourcing business or related field. 

?3-5 years demonstrated strong leadership skills, particularly with highly diverse teams
?Minimum 3 years experience interacting with executives
?Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
?3 years previous experience in participating/leading deal review process
?3 years experience at developing value propositions, budgeting and financial models

?3-5 years project management
?1-2 years Negotiation experience
?3+ years experience managing relationships and working with executives
?3+ years learning industry experience
?3+ years Financial Analysis & Modeling experience
?English language proficiency required
