Account Manager

Exciting nationwide multi-family residential real estate services company seeking a proven, dynamic account manager. The product is an innovative and unique insurance-based program offering.

Responsibilities:
? Train and support client usage of the program
? Support and nurture existing client account base to further its development
? Maximize penetration and utilization of the product by existing and new clients
? Provide telephone support to clients
? Professionally represent the company at various industry related events and trade shows
? Assist in the acquisition and development of new accounts in conjunction with Regional Marketing Directors
? Obtain the necessary insurance licenses with support from corporate headquarters
? Up to 50% travel required in multi-state regions

? Business acumen
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Strong organizational and time management skills
? Intermediate computer and software skills
? Ability to interact with upper level executives, middle management, and site level staff members
? Proven ability to train clients
? Works well independently
? Professional and well presented
? Self-motivated, dedicated, team player
? High energy & integrity.

Experience:
? Minimum of two years Multi-Family / Property Management experience required.
? Conceptual abilities
? Property & Casualty insurance license a plus
