Americas Molecular Imaging Training Manager

CITY: Waukesha STATE: Wisconsin COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

* Lead effort to develop, coordinate and execute training for the Functional Imaging businesses including PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine and Radiopharmacy business.
* Work with the global marketing managers, regional marketing teams and global marketing communications team, to drive sales competency for the entire range of Molecular Imaging (MI) product line across all levels of the business.
* Develop customized processes, training approaches and sales tools for the different types of sales personnel / channels (Sales Specialists, Zone Managers, Region Managers, Full Line Reps, Account Managers, New Hires, etc)
* Integrate tightly with central training team to develop training ideas and roll out training best practices into Molecular Imaging.
* Work closely with the marketing managers to develop tools and mechanisms that drive hard impact results in selling Functional and Molecular Imaging competencies including product, market, competition, positioning, etc.
* Develop strategy for tradeshow training and messaging.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelors Degree and minimum 2.5 years experience marketing or selling capital medical equipment or 4 years PET/CT or Nuclear Medicine training experience
Demonstrated oral and written communications skills
Proven analytical skills utilizing excel or statistical packages

Desired:
MS or MBA Clinical Experience with Molecular Imaging Equipment
Field Experience in the PET/CT or Nuclear Medicine
PACS Experience
