Assistant Director responsibilities include the following:

? Manage part-time teaching staff and administrative tasks

? Monitor and maintain center activity

? Work closely with students: administering evaluations and assisting new students

? Schedule teachers and students for sessions, as well as appointments for parent conferences

? Customer service and marketing

ALL CANDIDATES must possess the following:

? Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

? Excellent communication and listening skills

? Commitment to success

? Patience and compassion for school-aged children

? Ability to multitask

? Flexibility

? Professional demeanor

? Evening and weekend availability

? Adequate experience with managing staff members

? Experience in education, service, sales, or business



Successful candidates must have high levels of energy and enthusiasm, outgoing and confident personalities, the ability to motivate others and work in a TEAM environment, and must be customer service oriented.
