The Company also authors more than 200 print and software titles on test preparation, college and graduate school selection and admissions, and related topics.
Our office in the Boston area (Newton) is seeking an Assistant Director of High School Programs. The potential employee will be responsible for supporting the Director of High School Programs in the operations of our classrooms courses serving students who are pursuing an advanced degree. Programs include SAT, PSAT, ACT, SSAT and ISEE.
Candidates should be committed to providing the highest level of customer service for our students, parents, and our teachers.
Those qualified for this position will be able to demonstrate:Strong ability to manage multiple projects on tense deadlines and prioritize appropriatelyAbility to work collaboratively to achieve objectiveExceptional customer service skillsStrong written and oral communication skills, including public speakingFamiliarity with standardized tests and college admissions (preferred, not required)
Responsibilities include:Course OperationsOrder course materials and manage inventoryAssemble and distribute student and teacher materialsEnsure smooth course startsAdminister and responding to student evaluationsManage room reservations and relationships with sitesManage practice test scoring and reporting to students and teachersSupport teachers and proctors in performing their jobsAssist with part time teacher recruiting, screening, hiring, training and managementCustomer ServiceAddress daily customer service requests from students and prospects via phone, email, and mailAdminister evaluations for course students with an eye towards improving qualityDevelop and implement systems to enhance course quality and student experience
