To be an Assistant in Management at La Petite Academy, you will play an integral part in Academy operations, as well as in the interaction with the students and parents.  In this position, you will learn by doing. This will allow you to develop your own talents and skills while making a positive difference in the Academy. 

 

LPA has an immediate opening for a dynamic, creative and committed educator to support our operation as an Assistant in Management.  As an Assistant in Management, some of the exciting things you will do include, but are not limited to:

 

 

? Assist the Academy management team with general Academy operations

? Teach, educate, and monitor children

? Assume Director or Assistant Director role in his/her absence

Must meet individual state requirements or possess the following: 2 years of early childhood education or 2 years experience with a licensed child care providerHigh school diploma or G.E.D. requiredMust be willing to work toward meeting LPA and state Director requirements
