Associate Academic Dean

Corinthian Colleges, Inc. a publicly traded corporation and one of the nation's leading providers of post-secondary training for adult learners with 91 campuses in 22 states and 46 colleges plus 15 corporate training centers in seven Canadian provinces is currently seeking highly motivated, people-oriented energetic Associate Academic Dean for our Florida Metropolitan University ? Orange Park campus.

General Duties:
Manage student handoff from Enrollment
Admissions, Registration, Scheduling
Satisfactory Academic Progress:
Attendance
Grades
Matriculation
Graduation
Oversight of Student Satisfaction and Retention 
Faculty Recruitment, Orientation, Course Assignments, Management, 
Professional Development and Evaluation 
Curriculum implementation and control 
Regulatory Compliance
file maintenance
submissions (AIR, Self-Study, Program Approvals)
accreditation readiness, accreditation visits
Compliance with Academic Policy and Procedure 
Collaboration on Program and Policy Development 
Supervision of Education/Academic Staff 
In Some Schools: Library, Bookstore, Student Services & Contract Training
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS
A Masters degree is REQUIRED. Official Academic Transcript(s) will be required if selected for interview. 
Proprietary school education training experience REQUIRED 
Ability to hire, train and supervise instructors 
Strong experience in student retention and problem solving abilities 
Teaching experience preferred 
2+ years of management experience 
Ability to interact with all levels of individuals 
Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
Detail oriented & problem solver 
Ability to Multi-Task & Research skills
