Associate Director of Instructional Course Development

American Systems Corporation is seeking an Associate Director of Instructional Course Development to support the FAA at their Center for Management and Executive Leadership, in beautiful Palm Coast, FL.

The position has line management responsibilities, as well as coordinating the design and development of instructional products.

- Minimum requirements include at least 5 years experience in supervision or management and at least 5 years experience as an instructional developer involved in needs assessment, course curriculum design/development utilizing ISD or other rigorous training development methodology and a demonstrated knowledge of competency-based instruction, behavior modeling, and skill-based training.

- Previous experience with the Federal Government is highly desirable.

- The successful candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.

- Candidates must have extensive complex project management experience, be able to efficiently create and track courses electronically, and be results orientated.

- Minimum educational requirements are a Masters Degree from an accredited institution in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Psychology or a related area of specialization.
