Bilingual Manager of Quality Assurance and Training

 

Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Greater Atlanta is a 42 year-old non-profit agency that provides money management education and counseling through our staff located in a four-state area. We are currently looking to add a Bilingual Manager of Quality Assurance and Training.

 

The successful candidate will be charged with developing, implementing and maintaining an effective plan to produce superior service to our clients

 

Responsibilities include:

 Maintain a written Quality Assurance Plan for the agency that uses strategic and measurable objectives Oversee production of the monthly, quarterly, and annual operational statistics Conduct surveys and analyze results and trends of results Inventory all departmental monitoring/auditing and tests for soundness Maintain documentation of all policies, procedures, and workflows Develop and implement agency?s training plan

 

 Requirements:

 Proficiency in Spanish and English languages A completed four-year degree from a college or university A minimum of five to seven years of Quality Assurance and Training experience Proven leadership experience directing the operations of a department and providing effective coaching and leadership to staff Strong verbal and written communications skills, strong problem solving, analytical and project management experience A proven proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Work, and Excel;  Access preferred Satisfactory credit and criminal background check
