- The CTRIII conducts customer training on Océ advanced hardware and software products centrally and on-site at customer location. The successful candidate will assist in reviewing, updating and preparing for release, training documentation provided by Venlo/Poing ITC and from third-party vendors. Additionally, he/she will conduct internal train-the-trainer classes to CTR"&tm;s on Océ hardware and software products, and communicate with TSS management and sales employees ways to increase customer satisfaction with the usage of Océ products. This position supports the introduction of new software and hardware product and creates new training opportunities based on Océ software and hardware, integrating common customer workflow requirements. Candidates located in Atlanta, Orlando and Charlotte are welcomed to apply.

- Provides advanced user training on Océ hardware and software products at customer sites and in field offices. Examples of products to support: Document Designer Advanced, PRISMAweb, PRISMAarchive, Engineering Exec, Repro Desk, Plan Center, Doc Works Pro, among others.
- Reviews and updates Customer Training documentation provided by Venlo ITC and from third-party vendors to ensure it is appropriate for Customer Training.
- Conducts internal train-the-trainer classes to CTR"&tm;s on Océ hardware and software products.
- Develops new training opportunities based on Océ software and hardware while integrating common customer workflow requirements.
- Communicates with local Sales Reps, Sales Manager"&tm;s and TSS Management ways to increase customer satisfaction regarding the training and usage of Océ hardware and software products. Provides customer feedback to management.
- Supports the introduction of new products, options and features by giving internal technical workshops and by supporting regional events.

Required Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years of technical training or related experience
- BA/BS degree in Business, Technology or related field.
- Excellent presentation and customer relations skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- PC proficiency skills in Microsoft Office, WIN2000/SP, Unix
- Able to travel extensively
