Qualifications for a Client Services Associate:BA/S Degree Required1-3 years experience in a customer service settingAbility to demonstrate outstanding customer service skillsAbility to make independent decisions based on information and dataAbility to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environmentExceptional organizational skillsStrong computer skills and knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Data EntryExcellent communication and organizational skills
