We seek?TWO CHILD CARE DIRECTORS with an array of early childhood education experience to provide guidance and training to staff and students.? The ideal candidates will develop new programs, implement curriculum, enforce policies, develop parental rapport, maintain fiscal guidelines; recruit, train, develop, supervise, and efficiently schedule staff.? Requires a bachelor?s degree (master?s preferred) in ECE or related field; 5 years experience working with children up to 12 years of age in a licensed site with two years as a Director, effective teaching skills, facility management, computer skills including database management. Candidate must meet state requirements and familiarity with NAEYC accreditation standards required.
