Qualifications for Program Coordinator:Lead Teacher EEC CertificationStrong knowledge in and ability to lead faculty in implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum for children ages 6 weeks ? 3 yearsStrong communication and organizational skillsNAEYC Accreditation Experience a plusSupervisory experience a plus
